The hotel had a good swimming pool and a nice playroom with snooker and table tennis. The room had a coffee maker and a mini bar, although it was empty when we arrived.- The location was decent, with some popular restaurants nearby.

The pick-up at the airport was delayed, and the driver was not very attentive. The room we were given was small and lacked basic amenities like bedside switches and a shower curtain.

I especially liked the cleanliness of the rooms as well the extreme friendliness and attention given by the all the hotel staff.

Convenient location! 🏖️ All the main attractions, like fort aguada, are just a stone's throw away from here. the beach area is top-notch and a delight to explore. This place fulfilled all our needs during our stay.

Nice rooms.

The landry service is very expensive. No need for this in India. The pool chairs were awful. To far from the Beach. It's further that their advertizing. I would not recommend this hotel for beach goer. The beach is too far.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place is still under construction, lots of construction noise in and around the hotel. Some rooms have lots of mould on the walls. Whenever I wanted to take a shower I had to call reception to sent maintenance to on the hot water. The mattresses of the beds were very soft. Overall nothing was really ready. Give it some time and you might have a pleasant stay there.

The location of the hotel is great, being near to famous beaches of north Goa. It is just a short walk to candolim beach and the beech is easily accessible. the restaurant staff is attentive, providing decent breakfast spread and clean restaurant. the rooms are neat and clean.

The reception staff is deceitful, causing inconvenience with their dishonesty and lack of apology.

Nice and big room.the furniture was new and good design. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Nice to stay there if the hotel is finish with its work on the building!

In the rooms, it was smelling all the time dejection.. And they are still working on the hotel ( we were there in february 2012) and next to the sukhmantra they are building a new hotel so during the day you hear the noises from there.

It is a gorgoues new hotel. Staff are very helpful. Free WiFi throughout which is always nice. Location is peaceful.

Building work is not yet complete so all facilities are not there yet (eg no poolside bar). We did not have any disruption from the building work though so not a terrible problem.

Can't fault the property.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The family suite was spacious and perfect for our two children. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of having parking available, making it easy for us to explore the nearby famous beaches of north Goa. The location was great, with the hotel being near the market and within walking distance to the beautiful Candolim beach. Moreover, the breakfast provided a wide selection of choices and the staff at the restaurant and reception were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing negative to say.

Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. the pool is decent and the restaurant serves good food. the staff are friendly and always willing to help. It's close to local attractions and there's plenty to do nearby.

The location is not great, it's quite far from the beach and the main shopping area. the WiFi is terrible and can barely connect.
